If Adsense arbitrage doesn't work, then how is this still running?

This link is from an fb page named Wren by Ayesha, where you can't place an order. The traffic they receive from meta ads is entirely monetized through adsense. Is this practice still working?

Yes — this kind of AdSense arbitrage can still work, but it’s much harder than it used to be. Facebook ad costs have gone up, policies are stricter, and Google is more aggressive in detecting low-quality traffic or incentive clicks. You’ll need very clean content, fast sites, a buffer page, perfect policy compliance, and constant testing. Profits are thinner, risk of ad limits or bans is higher now

Yes it's still working , who said its not working?

My eyes hurt...one of the worst websites I have ever seen

It is still works but not as good as before the ads cost more now and is harder to monetize as the systems get smarter to detect the traffic quality

Thanks for this

Meta + AdSense arbitrage hasn’t fully died, just harder to scale without triggering bans.
