Can I open fully functional Paypal account with VCC

OK, I miss tons of online possibilities living in a country that was just recently added to send money Paypal list, but can't receive money with Paypal.

Is there any chance I could have a fully funkcional Paypal account using VCC and maybe fake US address ?

Lets say I take a Entropay VCC.

Can I make US Paypal account, receive money on it, and then withdraw that money on VCC ?

Please tell me its possible

Check if Moneybookers is available in your country, it's a good alternative.

VCCs generally have a limited time validity. If you use fake account details, you won't be able to withdraw the money without some 'rerouting'

Rerouting paypal money into moneybookers or payoneer credit card is difficult, and I doubt anyone would tell you exactly how to do it. I can do it for you if you prove to me exactly how your money is clean. I would charge 10% plus all fees associated with the process, for a total of roughly 18%.

Opening an PayPal US account with VCC is nearly impossible because:

- PayPal is smarter now and accept only VCC with AVS (Address Verification System)
- You need to have an US bank account to get the verified status
- You need a good US VPN connection to access the account

I suggest you to use other services like Google Checkout,MoneyBookers, AlertPay before PayPal will allow receiving funds in your country (IF they accepted your country to send funds will not take long..may be around 5-6 months till they accept it in full.At least that happent in my case)

damn i feel sorry for you... i was in the same situation about a year ago... and was mad at paypal for not caring about me and my online plans

the day paypal accepted my country to receive/send money i started making money online.

There are vendors who will sell you a "Paypal VCC with a valid bank account number," and give you the expanded use numbers by email a few days later. If you get a private box number that will suffice for address verification purposes. Just google the keywords above and you'll get current vendors.
