People still use X to drive traffic, but it’s harder than before. The platform favors conversations and timely content over straight promotions. To get clicks, you need to build trust first engage genuinely, share value, then drop your links. Otherwise, it’s mostly branding and awareness now.

X is 90% API / Bot Content... no idea why people waste time and money on X...
X has great potential but not at the current state... lets wait and see

Edit: The only way to use X useful is to run OF, Scams, Casino or Crypto Bots imo...

Yeah, it feels like X has shifted more toward branding lately. Direct traffic is still possible, but you really need threads or viral posts to move people off-platform now

With the majority of engagement now going toward branding rather than direct clicks traffic from X is dropping

Actually X works for me for driving some traffic on niche products and for networking with people, but for mass market products it works worse than any other platforms, as X is now filled with bot and AI content

You need lot of accounts because ban rate is much higher now.

I have personally been facing lot of issues in promoting there. Most of my tools have stopped to work there. They are against automation now.
