The Facebook Shop can’t upload products, but there’s no abnormal information showing on the account. What’s going on?

I've had that happen before too. In my case, it's just a sync delay on Facebook's side. You can try clearing the catalog cache or reconnecting Commerce Manager

I also encountered the same error, it took quite a while to check. I don’t know if you have tried to re-sync the catalog or re-link the Commerce account, because sometimes small errors from there also prevent uploading products.

It’s likely a backend bug or a feed sync issue. Try reconnecting the catalog or uploading a product manually. If that doesn’t work, contact Meta support sometimes the problem’s on their side even if no errors show.

If products won’t upload and everything seems normal, it might be a hidden policy block or a temporary platform glitch. Double-check your product compliance and catalog setup. Also, try clearing cache or using a different browser. If it still fails, reach out to Facebook support for a deeper look.
becomes their helper.

This often happens when the Facebook system is secretly scanning accounts or product categories, even though no clear warning is displayed.

This could be due to a number of factors: Facebook is experiencing a temporary system error, the product violates commerce policies, the category is not configured correctly, the data is not synced with the page, or the account is not fully approved. You should review your product policies, store configuration, try reloading, or contact Meta support if the problem persists.

It might be a temporary system issue or a catalog error try checking Commerce Manager and re-syncing the catalog

this is just facebook error, you can try clearing cache or wait for facebook team to fix the error

Clear your history cache and try to upload again.

Sometimes it’s just a Facebook sync delay, but it can also stem from policy issues, setup errors, or an unapproved account. Try clearing cache, reconnecting Commerce Manager, checking settings, and contact support if it continues.

may encounter errors from your affiliate product link

Sometimes Facebook Shop bugs out without showing any clear error. It could be a temporary issue or something related to catalog permissions or Commerce Manager settings. Try clearing the cache, re-syncing the catalog, or checking if any recent updates changed your access level.

It looks like a Facebook error. You can try clearing your cache, or just wait for the Facebook team to sort it out.

Thank you

It’s often a sync issue between your catalog and Facebook Commerce Manager. Try clearing the product feed and reuploading it or disconnect and reconnect your catalog source.

The issue might be due to a temporary system glitch, product policy violation, or pending verification. Try clearing cache, re-uploading via Commerce Manager, and checking account status for hidden restrictions.

That issue sometimes happens when Facebook’s system is reviewing catalogs or updating permissions. Try refreshing the connection with your Business Manager and re-syncing your data source.

It could be an issue with your product feed format or catalog sync. Make sure everything’s compliant with Facebook’s policies, and check if your business and payment info are set up correctly. Sometimes, Facebook has temporary glitches, so it might help to wait a bit and try again. If nothing works, contact Facebook support for more specific help.
