New reddit account

Reddit’s limits depend more on behavior than exact karma or time. Stay active, engage genuinely, and avoid spamming. Usually, after a couple of weeks of consistent, quality participation, restrictions ease naturally. Focus on building trust, not just chasing numbers.
Thank you very much! I will definitely try that

Approximately, after how much time and how much karma will I be able to post and comment without the limitations due to the new account?
There is no exact sitewide rule for removing new account limitations, as the specific account age and karma requirements are determined by the moderators of each individual subreddit. Generally, aiming for an account that is 7 to 15 days old with a combined karma score between 50 and 100 will allow you to participate in a wide variety of communities. The most effective way to achieve this is by engaging genuinely in smaller subreddits through thoughtful comments, which naturally builds the credible history and positive karma required.

From what I’ve seen, once you build around 50–100 karma and keep the account active for a couple of weeks, most posting limits ease up. Consistency matters more than rushing it.

I’ll definitely try focusing on smaller subs with real comments to build up some history before diving into the bigger ones

That makes sense, consistency over time seems to be the real key. I’ll focus on keeping the account active and let the karma build naturally. Thanks for the insight

ok. Reddit limits aren’t a fixed game just be real and patient. Join smaller communities, drop helpful comments, and don’t spam. Over time, you’ll earn trust and unlock more features without stressing the numbers. Keep it natural, and it’ll open up.

Slow and steady always works better on Reddit. I’ll focus on being real, adding value, and letting the karma grow naturally. Thanks for the advice

There is no way unless they mention it on the sidebar. Most subreddits keep the Karma and age requirements hidden.
