How to rank my stuck web?

hey everyone.
my web is stuck on 4th position in serp, and getting 60+ clicks daily , its a toolbase niche.
can someone help me with improving its ranking? i have created 7 relevant blogposts internal linking to main home page.
and mix backlinks with forums backlinks with diversity of anchors..
to be honest. i don't have budget for buying guest post or niche edits right now.

( i Know guest posts and niche edits are going to make big shift in serp. but )
what should be your strategy to improve its rankings and traffic? its also getting some clicks from bing too.

If your site is already stuck at #4, it usually means Google recognizes the relevance but might be holding it back due to authority or trust signals. Since you don’t have a budget for guest posts or niche edits right now, I’d suggest:

thank you, my competitors are macro niche sites, like they are covering generators, converters, calculators.
they don't have created backlinks to thier target page( my target keyword page).
they are ranking with thier domain authority.

they have 60+ domain authority . all of them.

my domain authority is just 2.
i have created 30 mix links like web 2.0s, profile links, video sharing etc.
and 70 forums links.. some of them still need to get indexed.. my site age is 1 year approx.
i have created total 100 links ..

search console will update later.
i can see 70+ links in ahrefs.

I'm not totally sure about the placement of their specific pages within the website,
But most likely, you'll need to invest to climb up, could be anywhere from a few links up to dozens of them,
SEO can't be free when you're competing, if you want results, you simply need to pay

your link profile looks heavy on low tier stuff (web2.0, forums, profiles) which explains why DA is still 2. competitors don’t need direct links to target pages because their domain authority carries the weight. to bridge that gap you should:

- push a few higher quality contextual backlinks, even free ones like HARO, niche directories, or q&a links.
- strengthen topical clusters: build supporting content around subtopics and interlink properly, it helps compensate for weak authority.
- improve on-page signals (title/ctr optimization, dwell time). small boosts here can push you from #4 into top 3 without massive new links.

don’t focus only on link count, shift to authority + relevance.

Looks like you’re stuck at #4 despite efforts try improving CTR adding more in depth content and getting a few quality backlinks even from free sources small wins can push you up.
