Smoking cessation club.

A new week has begun. I've cut down on cigarettes from about 30 to 7-8 a day. I'd say that's as comfortable as it gets for now. Let's see how things go from here.

I use to smoke 1-2 pack a day.
I quit 10 years ago, cold turkey.
I quit 3-4 times before like for a few days.
Nothing works like cold turkey.
Others will try to you sell you some shit.
Patches, vapes, nicotine chewing gums I tried them all. Nothing works.
Just stop one day.

Perhaps you are correct. Sometimes things that are done spontaneously turn out very well. And they are more successful than those you prepare for. Right now, I think that gradually limiting the number of cigarettes will be more beneficial for my body than quitting cold turkey. But if that doesn't work, I'll stick with your method. I think that by that time, limiting my intake will already have helped me quit.

Ricardo smoked about 8-10 cigarettes a day for 43 years. He quit at age 58, and a year later was living smoke-free, proud of the change.
Bro, who is that? I'm in a very similar situation. But only now have I started limiting myself to that number of cigarettes.

I smoked for fun for 2 months, but I was getting sick and my throat was full of nasty stuff from smoke.

I can't imagine what it does to you when you smoke for decades.

When I started smoking, my body resisted as much as it could. Vomiting, coughing, a foul smell. But it was cool in my eyes. I was becoming more mature. Girls liked it. So I overcame myself and started smoking. What an idiot I was.

Meanwhile you can checkout high dose of NAC and vitamin c which help with cravings , strength lungs and anti oxidant, detoxify effects

There are many things you can smoke or vaporize. All of them have pretty much the same effect except psychedelics like DMT / changa. But I don't have mental health to handle psychedelics.

The common thing with smoking substances is that they hit you hard and fast. I hated this buzz from weed and cigarettes. Strong and awful. Like being supper dizzy.

To be honest, I don't want to try anything new, because they're all chemically produced anyway. That's already alarming.

Some people may have tried all of them, but I've only ever had cigarettes.

Yeah, but it doesn't matter how you produce it most of the times. Only dose makes something a poison.

With tobacco you're inhaling hundreds of cancerogenic smoked substances and nicotine is itself a cancirogen.

If you eat anything, there are thousands of chemical compounds in food.

You breathe in and breathe out. Not everything stays in your lungs; most of it comes back out.

Smoking for 6 years... Not sure that it's possible to quit at this point
Join the club. We'll quit together.
I slowly began to cope with the craving. But not completely.
Try oral nicotine. It'll hit better.

Smoking is for druggies.
But it's not just about the nicotine, it's like keeping your hands busy, it's like it even helps you think(((

best of luck, for me its 9 years have tried twice but ended up smoking again its a hell of a habit nowadays the quality of tobacco also dropped but the brain is a fucker who wants nicotine

That's probably why you need to start with that. I constantly tell myself and train myself: ‘I'm going to quit smoking anyway.’
It's not working yet.
