Hey guys I hope this is an ok thread to post this in. Due to family circumstances i've had to move states and have left my appliance repair business behind. I was the only one doing the work so I really can't sell it. Thing is though I am still getting enough leads to keep a guy busy. I am not sure what to do with it. I I tried to sign up for a few pay per calls but none have gotten back to me. I guess cause i'm not an agency. I'm also not sure about selling it because I really don't know where I could. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thank you!

Given that appliance repair is my main niche, I allow myself to jump into this.

Selling the leads and calls would usually work better than just handing or even selling the business because that way you could later on decide to invest more in SEO or whatever it is and make it a steady income stream or even regain control of the business later on.

I can put you in contact with two major clients I have in this industry if you decide you want to sell your leads, they usually also hire techs so can likely offer you a job as well (can't guarantee anything, of course).

I'm not taking a cut from this, just so it's clear to everyone that is is not my doing business in the lounge.

You could try flipping it as a lead-only business—sell the leads to local repair guys directly. Another option is listing it on marketplaces like Flippa or MicroAcquire, even if it’s small. Pay-per-call networks sometimes don’t reply if you’re not an agency, so direct outreach usually works better.
