Honestly, most of the so-called "black-hat" methods might give you a quick spike, but they usually burn out fast and can even tank your site in the long run (Google’s not playing around anymore). If you’re after quick wins, you might want to look at things like running small paid campaigns (FB/Insta/TikTok ads with a tight audience), leveraging trending topics on social media, or doing collaborations with micro-influencers in your niche.
If you really want to push traffic quickly, Reddit + Quora (done right, not spammy) can bring in surprisingly good conversions if your offer is solid. It’s not exactly black-hat, but it’s way less risky than trying to game the system.

Yeah black-hat methods will give quick traffic to the websites. In my point of view when we do the same black hat in right way regularly we can win and stand on the needle.

If you want to quickly get traffic as in right now, you have to go with paid ads.
If you're open to considering social media, then Pinterest is a good place and in few months you'd surely get traffic. Though, not all niches work on Pinterest.

Well, you know, there's this site on the web called BHW, so you might want use its search function, and to study its sticky threads or journey discussions to learn about such methods.
Tweak a variety of them appropriately for current times, then schedule them for, say, two week campaign cycles back to back to back etc, to gain quick traffic and earnings based on the monetization set up of your site. If you want, then apply that working capital towards placing paid ads to get even more traffic.
