Hey, since everyone here is using temp sms verification services, how do u deal with gmail account getting disabled and asking for sms for the number that u verified with? ( usually 50% of number last 24h only ) is there like a method so they don't ask for sms? I tried integrating an authenticator app with 2 steps verification enabled but they still ask for sms on old numbers when my gmail get disabled.

There are several solutions:

1) Use a rented number or a real SIM card
2) Leave your account for 5-15 days (after which Google will ask you to enter a new number)

You should not use a disposable number for Google right now. Google may ask you to accept the code several times. And it will ask for the code to the number that the Gmail account was registered with

You need a provider that offers a 'reuse number' feature so you can access the number for that critical recovery SMS weeks later.

Look for providers advertising "long-term rental numbers" or "dedicated SIM farms" on private forums; a specific service that has offered this in the past is SMSPva (but verify current status), though your most reliable path is to rent a bulk package of real SIMs from a private vendor who guarantees number retention.

You can remove the phone number from your account once everything is set up, and use a recovery email and authenticator app for security and easy account recovery.

Another option is to rent a number for a longer period, like 1 month.

Deleting the number, linking email, and other measures do not help. Google still requests to receive an SMS to the number used during registration, regardless of what is specified in the profile. I have not yet found a service with long-term rental at reasonable prices. The ideal option would be if the service allowed you to repurchase a number that has already been used before.
