I’d take a DR 20 blog in the same niche over a DR 70 general lifestyle site any day. Topical fit beats raw metrics, especially long-term.

If the DR 70 site is getting a lot of real organic traffic, I'll go with it over the DR 20 blog that has very little to no organic traffic.
