I'm looking for a service that allows me to send a large number of messages to Korea using a country code other than Korea. I'm having trouble even with the membership registration process for services like Twilo and Pivlo. Can anyone give me advice on how I can get an account for sale or a bulk SMS marketing API?

Based on my experience, your request is difficult to achieve. Bulk SMS is typically routed through domestic gateways, and rarely through international ones. In South Korea, bulk messages are almost always sent using numeric sender IDs.

Yes, that's right. It's sent in the format of numbers like 00777 00662. Is there a way to do this?
