AI Voice cloning

I need to clone a voice from an MP3 sample, but the person whose voice it is simply does not exist, thus I cannot "verify" the voice in several platforms. I have ElevenLabs, but they require verification, so that's not an option. I also checked Pixbim, but the file is too large for my metered data plan.

Could you refer me to a service that can clone a voice without requiring verification? I have a substantial amount of sample data to work with.

Since the voice isn’t tied to a real person you could try open source options like Coqui TTS or OpenVoice. They don’t ask for verification but you’ll need a little technical setup to get them running.
