Is “Account Warm-Up” Overrated?

from what i have seen, accounts that warmed up before are less likely to encounter issues such as not spending or spending little, or being rejected, compared to other accs. But don't know if you guys feel the same as me, but I think it's quite necessary
True, warm-up feels like foreplay with FB… skip it and you’re getting slapped fast But serious question: how long are you guys taking before going full throttle? A few days, a week, or do you drag it out?

Every guide says you must warm up accounts for days/weeks before posting links or scaling. But honestly, I’ve seen people skip the whole process and still grow fast without bans, while others waste weeks warming up and still get clipped.

So I’m wondering… is warm-up just an overhyped ritual, or is it actually essential in 2025?

Curious to hear real experiences, not just theory.
You have to know that some people have unique skills that can quickly develop their accounts, but that is only the skill of a few people. Before you have it, it is safer to warm up honestly.

Some people scale accounts fast like magic, but for the rest of us, warm-up is key... how long do you usually warm up before going full throttle?

Good question. Warm-up isn’t magic, it’s more about lowering risk. Some people get away without doing it because their setup, content, or niche looks “clean” enough to pass without raising flags. Others warm up carefully but still get banned if their approach looks unnatural in other ways. In 2025, it’s less about the ritual itself and more about how natural your activity looks overall. Warming up just improves your odds, but it’s never a guarantee.

I usually do this within 5-7 days, which is what I do on my TikTok account.

I've seen instances where people completely skip it and have no issues, while others get instantly flagged. It's often about mimicking natural user behavior. If your initial actions are too fast or too aggressive, it looks unnatural.

How do you guys handle captcha. Is 2captcha working for you high percentage. I switched to anti-captcha using real human solvers but I'm fighting a tough industry.

You can check yourself. Go get accounts and dont warmup one, and then warmup the other once a see how it shows. Give it a go.
