I’m testing Google Ads for high-risk offers like VPNs, adult content, and streaming hacks. Almost all campaigns get disapproved instantly, and I’m struggling to figure out what works.
Are there proven setups for running high-risk offers safely in Google Ads without immediate suspensions? How do you structure campaigns, landing pages, and budgets to stay under the radar?

Direct traffic to the offer is a guaranteed ban. Always use a pre-lander or soft landing page that looks normal and explains the content first.

Monitor disapproval reasons daily and adjust campaigns quickly. Even minor policy triggers can escalate fast in high-risk verticals.

Google Ads rarely works for high-risk offers because of strict policies, but pre-lander works great for them.

Google hates streaming hacks, so I push those through safe-looking news blog templates

Thanks for the tip! I’m working on building pre-landers that look natural and warm up the traffic before the offer. Any templates or tools you recommend for creating effective pre-landers?

Keep budgets low at first. Sudden high spend is what triggers most automated suspensions.
Makes sense — I’m starting with low budgets to avoid triggering suspensions. Gradual scaling sounds like the safest bet. Thanks for the advice!

Rotate ad creatives and headlines frequently. Google flags repeated or identical ads in risky niches.
Good call — I’ll keep rotating creatives and headlines to stay under the radar. Any tips on tools or workflows to manage ad rotation efficiently?

Separate campaigns across multiple accounts, payment methods, and domains. One misstep shouldn’t take down everything.
Smart strategy! I’m setting up separate accounts and domains to minimize risk. How do you manage tracking and reporting across multiple setups?

Absolutely — I’m keeping a close eye on disapproval reasons and tweaking campaigns daily to stay compliant. Thanks for the heads-up!

You can forget to run ads for these niches without a cloaker or some other methods to ''hide'' what you are offering.
Appreciate the insight! I’m focusing on clean, compliant pre-landers to avoid disapprovals. Any tips on optimizing pre-landers for these high-risk offers?

Totally agree — going straight to the offer rarely works. I’m testing different pre-lander styles now to see what gets through. Got any favorite approaches or layouts?

Nice — news-style pre-landers do help. I stick to factual, non‑infringing content to lower policy risk. Any templates you recommend?

Keep creatives and landing pages fully compliant, start tiny, and use networks that allow high-risk offers instead of Google.
Good advice — staying compliant and starting small is my current approach. I’m also exploring other ad networks more friendly to high-risk niches. Got any platforms you’ve had success with?

You need to cloak your campaigns. But all by yourself it wont be easy, to be honest with you. You need a good budget too. I run gambling ads for alot of people and it requires serious manpower and knowledge.
