Hi everyone, so I was wondering what's the best way to manage 20+ IG accounts (have been purchased and have engagement + followers).
My objective is to allow VAs to safely log in into the different accounts to do a series of posts in each.
Any advice is highly appreciated.
Thank you!

For 20 Accounts you just need 4 Phones and 4 Sim Cards, Nothing complicated in that. If you are going to outsource it to VA, Hire 1 VA who has 4 devices or else Hire 2 VAs with 2 Devices each. You can manage 5 accounts in 1 device without changing IP comfortably.

A simple solution is to use anti-detection browser software. With high-quality proxies

Use a social media management tool (like Meta Business Suite or Later) to let VAs post without having to log in directly, making it safer and easier to control.

If you want VA's to control them, you would need to connect the devices to a PC and then have them control it through a screen mirroring software if you plan to do this with devices and manually. Many agencies do it like this.

use an antidetect browser some even have few profiles free and just learn them to use these

Having multiple accounts in a safe way needs logins to be separated, control over activity and consistency to not trigger any flags as VAs post

if you are going to hire multiple va, using an anti-detect browser would be good but many limit the number of users per plan so it might start getting expensive. it might just be best to have them use their normal phone.

How much do you usually have to pay these VAs? like i'd guess if i target us audience then i'd probably need to hire us based or is it better to get a residential/phone proxy and cheaper VAs? If latter is better, is 5 accounts on one proxy viable?

I agree w hiring a VA w 2+ devices. Safer that way

If you are hiring 2 VA's be careful that they are using safe methods

Just use Meta and anti-detect browsers like Gologin. Gologin has a feature where you can add your VA as a team member, you don't need to share your Gologin credentials. Create a profile in Gologin, login to meta using your Facebook/Instagram account and that's it.

you should need more devices to ensure the security of your account. if you have more proxies, it's even better

You can use tools like Meta Business Suite or Creator Studio to manage multiple accounts safely without sharing passwords.

You can use several anti-detection browsers for free, with 5 profiles each. Or buy a basic subscription for $20-30 and have 30+ profiles conveniently, without the need for multiple services. There are 5 free profiles available on Linken Sphere, AdsPower, and Dolphin. Any of them will suit your needs.

hi, the best way to manage 20+ IG accounts safely especially when VAs are involved is to use a trusted social media management tool like Meta Business Suite, Later, Creator Studio, or SocialBee. For more advanced setups, tools like Multilogin or GoLogin can help you manage different browser profiles to avoid flagging.

I was also worried about letting VA access multiple accounts because of security risks. Managing a large number is quite stressful, especially when each account already has interactions.

I’ve been in a similar spot managing a bunch of IGs . Best move is using an anti-detect browser or a team tool like Creator Studio/Business Suite — that way your VAs don’t trigger security flags. Also, keep logins consistent (same proxy/device per account) to avoid “suspicious activity” headaches.

If you’re managing that many IG accounts, definitely go with an anti-detect setup + dedicated proxies. It keeps things clean and lowers the risk of getting flagged. Just don’t cheap out on the proxies that’s where most people mess up

Managing 20+ Instagram accounts, especially when others (like VAs) need access, can get messy fast if it’s not set up properly. But don’t worry there are reliable and secure ways to handle it. Here’s a breakdown of the best practices
