So I got a campaign of a replica product right now thats doing about 8 sales a day but the problem is that it is just at break even and somedays its very unprofitable.
I am hearing from chatgpt that campaigns are usually sporadic until they get around 50 conversions. After 50 purchases the pixel and camp are educated and will deliver sales more consistently. is this true?
After it hits 50 sales do you guys think it will perform better and be consistently profitable?
Or should I just drop the product and find a new one?
a tough choice.

Are you running only one product?

Whats the ticket?

I am running several but most of them arent doing so well aside from this one. I am selling it for 27.99
You’re either picking the bad products, or your campaign strategy isn’t working at all. I usually choose products priced around $35–$50. If they’re underperforming—breaking even or not performing at all—I change the ad creatives. If the stats stay the same, I just delete the campaign. Being able to run more “aggressive” campaigns also makes a big difference. I also suggest trying Facebook Ads—I’ve been working with two clients there and we’re seeing great results in the replica niche.

At the end of the day, this is more of a money game: if you have the budget to experiment until you find the right product and setup, you’ll win. If not, you risk taking losses (that’s just my opinion).

50 conversions just gets you out of learning phase — it doesn’t magically make a product profitable. If your numbers are flat or negative now, don’t rely on the pixel to save it. Unless your CPA is dropping and you’ve got solid margins, cut the product and move budget into something with better potential

After about 50 conversions, the advertising algorithm will be more stable, but if the profit margin is too thin, you should still test more advertising/creative angles. If it is not effective, you should abandon it to find a new product.

either your audience isnt aware of what youre selling(lack of details on your landing page) or your cloak might be too slow and you might be loosing customers before they even land on your lp

The 50-conversion rule is real — campaigns often stabilize after the learning phase. But if you’re only breaking even now, don’t assume profits will come automatically. Test until 50, but be ready to pivot if results don’t improve.
