Going viral is great, but the comment section can get wild. Curious how others handle negativity or trolling on social media content.

troll yourself and agree with them
or at least don't cry in public, behave like this monkey

The best way is to filter and hide bad comments, keep positive interactions, and ignore the rest to avoid losing energy.

Negativity reach like anything. We can't waste time for it. Better give them a fitting reply and never look at it again.

You can hide these comments and report, or just ignore them; it might lead to more interactions

Trolls? Part of the game. Either ignore or flip their hate into more reach..

I would ignore the trolling and be grateful for them they are helping you go viral.

On top of that learn from them see what’s going to pick up traction and see what you could adapt to and use

Absolutely nothing, they do you a favor, more watching time, more retention, video playing over & over in background whiile they're typing, and engagement helps with ranking.

I also seen creators makes shorts with misleading content deliberately, then people would come to make fun of them on comments & send their videos to the Top.

Trolling = free engagement. Every comment helps the algorithm, and sometimes others jump in to defend, so the trolls end up fueling the growth even more.

You need to have a thick skin, if you have a light one before, develop a thicker skin. Why am i saying this? it is to not be able to mind bad or weird comment on your posts, instead use it to your advantage.

Example, if you have a viral posts, and you have few bad comments under it, instead of deleting them, use those comments to make another video by tagging the comments. I mean that's another level of confidence and audacity you audience will admire

I think the best thing you can do is simply ignore them — and maybe delete the comments, but only if they’re harmful to your business. I certainly wouldn’t waste time with these fools; it’s not worth it. Personally, I block them only if they keep insisting too much. But in most cases, when you ignore them, they just stop what they were doing.
