"...What if I told you..." curiosity hook seems to start an awful lot of videos these days, especially those written by AI. You can open with that, to discuss any problem from the discovery angle, as it implies you have a solution most folks don't know about.
 
Videos that start with disappointment. Like a group of freshly made pottery bowls falling down or breaking something. This kinda initial hooks tend to catch audience eyes and they even perform well in terms of the watch time.
