Hiring some Freelancers

Hello, I am a beginner salesman, I have been able to close a few clients so I am trying to do their marketing for them, I am looking for cheap work just to get us started, so if you are able to give us good prices to white label for us let me know. Here are some of the many things we are looking for, if you are able to do these well and prove results please let me know. These positions will be grow positions, so as we grow we will obviously be able to pay you more etc... We have been able to close clients pretty fast, but I refuse to keep collecting clients if we can't prove results.

Roles Needed:
-Wordpress Website Creator - (really basic, grab a template and edit it to what we need)
-Google Ads creator - Need someone to create some simple campaigns to support our SEO efforts and collect leads
-Facebook Ads creator - Need someone to create some simple ads for some of our businesses to help bring in extra leads.
-SEO Specialist - We have built a few sites but they are STRUGGLING to rank, if anyone here is a professional at fixing up a site SEO wise, to make it faster and rank higher we might need this too.
