dam I was about to get a hold of him to get some proxies, and now I'm reading they dont work =\ can you guys update me if this issue gets resolved?

when i will get refund? I ask for refund on 28th July 2010. Already 8days gone, no posetive response so far.
just want to point out one thing: my proxies working now.
the problem is because the proxy is IP auth. and somehow, the IP auth lost on server although I can still see it from my account. so, all you need do is: click save button again. it will refresh the auth on server, then the proxy works fine.
how I know this? I use another service, and had the same problem. fixed it by saving IP auth again.

I was told to email support several times. Requested a refund. I never received one.
May I ask why?

Hey, did you open a dispute on it? I was telling that to most of the people that asked for a refund. Earlier when i was on the phone with Alex he refunded like 15 people's payment from xx$ to xxx$. If you didn't got it, just open a dispute on the last payment of the subscription that is in question.

You never send me any email regarding this matter. In last email you said that you forwarded my refund request to alex. That email you send me on 28th July 2010.

Sorry :/ Just open a dispute now about that part of the subscription.
Its impossible that they are not working, i just restarted all the servers about 30 mins ago, all the servers are working 100%. If you open a dispute they are stop working in your account, but you will get your money back then.

What do you mean by get burnt? There is a button in your account where you can randomize your proxies once a month.
If the proxy banned from a site where you want to use it, usually it gets replaced in a day or so (i know we're slow, sorry). If its banned by facebook, you get refund, because there is no available non-used proxies for facebook at the moment. For example if you getting banned 50 proxies every week by Akismet for blogspam, after the 2nd probably you wont get replacements, till the next month.

I dont plan to use those proxies for facebook, but for harvesting and commenting with scrapebox. And by "get burnt", as a total newbie to private proxies, I guess they can "die" like public proxy, right?
