It's true that Facebook is increasingly “pay-to-play”, but there are still people who take advantage of organic traffic from groups, community content or personal branding.

You're not wrong Facebook has definitely shifted more towards a "pay-to-play" model, especially with its algorithms prioritizing paid content and ads over organic reach. That said, some people and businesses still manage to generate organic traffic, primarily through Facebook Groups and organic posts that leverage community engagement.

Many businesses are increasingly focusing on organic traffic from Facebook, even though many have spent a lot on advertising. They want to focus on content to boost their reputation.

Organic reach is much lower than before, but if the content is consistent and valuable, groups and pages can still bring results without relying only on ads.

Totally agree, organic reach from pages is almost gone. But groups still have life — niche communities with engaged members can drive decent traffic if you nurture them. Also, posting short-form video/Reels helps since FB still pushes them in feed without ad spend. It’s not what it was 5 years ago, but there’s still some organic juice left if you focus on the right formats.
