I still follow the usual way to resist the account: resist via the resist button or message the facebook support team to ask for their help.

I have tried method 1 and method 4, but method 2 and 3 I have never done. Let me try them.

Nobody will share it free to you I think. We are here to share experience, but when it comes to individual benefit, you'll not get it that easy. And if they do share it, it will not be the most effective way
