0 views on Youtube

Getting zero views on long videos usually means they aren’t being pushed by YouTube’s algorithm, so the issue is likely in SEO setup, watch history signals, or weak audience targeting.
how would you do these things?
or where can i learn that

Hi guys do you know any way to check if the youtube channel is shadowbanned?
I have pubbilshed 3 long videos,i am confident they are pretty good videos,i also paid a video editor for them
i didn t expect to get 1000's of views with my first 3 videos,but i got 0
not even 1,i had to pay youtube promotion/ads to get some
it s pretty discouraging because i really want to make this youtube channel works,is my own project that i really want to work but it s crazy that the videos get not even 1 views
with shorts i get about 3oo views and sometimes some video get 1000's,but with long videos is like all my work means 0
do you have any help or suggestions to understand what is going on?
It is easy to get views on shorts video. But no one really wants to watch old videos from new creators. That is why you are facing this problem. You should cover some unique niche with demand .

people are dumb nowdays.. they dont want to buy nothing through the shorts videos!! people refuse to purchase!

Ehy guys i am updating the number after 7 videos pubblished because is pretty discouraging
in order i got this ORGANIC views from my videos:40 views,20 views,7,14,20,2 and 1....

Now,i didn t expect to get 10 000 views at my first video, but this is ridicolous
these videos took me time, money and i took inspiration from similar videos in other languages and country that went viral, and made it in my language, with similar title and thumbnails...

keep in mind that i also run some ads to a few of my videos just to see if i can get some views, and i got 400/500 views in total
I would like to ask if this is normal on youtube?
it seems crazy to me that first 7 video i got basically no organic views taking inspiration from other viral videos

PS. shorts got views,some 4k,most aroun 1300...
PPS. in the last 28 days in total i got 16 300 views,36,6 hours and 109 subscribers

It all depends on the content or niche you've chosen. Low views don't mean you're shadowbanned. If your Shorts are getting views but long videos aren't, it suggests you've picked a highly competitive niche. My advice? Think about why someone would watch your video over others. Ensure your thumbnails are eye-catching and check your click-through rate (CTR). If you're just starting, I suggest editing your videos and creating thumbnails yourself.

You say you’re confident your videos are good, but maybe YouTube hasn’t recognized your content as good yet. Honestly, that’s how I see it.
My friend is also running 4 YouTube channels. The setup was carefully done from the start: each channel has its own profile on Hidemyacc with a dedicated proxy, and all were created with aged emails. So the setup wasn’t the issue at all. The content on all 4 channels is high quality, each focused on a different niche. But only 1 channel started getting traction, after uploading 10 videos, it began pulling in a few hundred views per video. The other 3 channels had almost no views, maybe 2–3 per video. All of them are long-form videos.
That’s why I think YouTube takes time and patience. You still have to wait for YouTube to categorize your content and start showing it to viewers who might like it. So keep pushing.

Upload 10 more videos in next 2 month, and then decide based on their response.

The question i will ask is, the videos you are uploading or that your editor is sending forward to you, are they your own original videos made from scratch? if no, then that is where the problem lies

Don’t panic yet, YouTube sometimes takes a few days to start recommending new channels’ long videos, happened to me last year too

If you know your target and youtube don't provide your videos to them, you have to do the work

Find what channels are watching your target, sub to that channels and start to write interesting comments in the videos of that channels (if I read a good comment in a video i usually check the profile of that person and a lot of time I find a new channel to follow)

Use Reddit, Twitter, discord, telegram to share your videos to people who could be interested in them (try to mask the spam as a response to another user question or doubt)

If people start to watch your videos the algorithm will start to show them to your target (because YouTube want that people consume content and it's so silly to skip to offer your content to people who are going to watch the videos and make YouTube to win money with ads)

8 long videos published and something like 40 shorts,i have 300 subs but all of the long videos got max 7-10 views in organic,i also have Tiktok and ig pages where i post reels with my link in bio
videos are good,i am 100% sure as i studied what worked for other channels and i paid a video editor,i also analyzed Thumbnails
they might not be the best on youtube but i am confident that these 8 videos deserve more than 2 organic views each

now i have 3 videos scheduled ,for these i won't spend money to advertise them through YouTube promotion,if they still get a few views organically each i am just deleting everything and start a new channel

man if this is true it gives me a bit of hope...
i have 3-4 video left, for a total of 12 pubblished.once they are all pubblished i will decide if cancel the videos and start a new channel, almost no views organically for all of them it s crazy to me

have you tried converting your videos into short form and using tiktok, shorts, reels etc to push traffic to the longer ones

Its a known understanding that when you pay for platform ads, they tend to not give you much organic views. Its as if they want you to come back and pay for more ads. Its like that on Tiktok at least, and probably so for most other platforms. So an advice I get and maybe I should say to you is that if the views are not organic, don't get them. You slow yourself down if you do.

I feel you man, YouTube is brutal to new channels. If you're getting literally zero views, the algo's probably not even testing your content. Quick checks:
1)Search video title in incognito (if it's missing, bad sign)
2)Analytics showing <50 impressions? You're being ignored
YouTube needs to see engagement first before it promotes you. That's where SMM services help - just 2000-5000 organic views, some comments, likes and subs can trick the system into testing your content with audience.
You know a good quality (but fair price or cheap) smm services?

Within 1 year she gained over 300.000 subscribers how these people doing this? With good youtube keyword seo search alone? I bet her keywords in 2016 had mor ethan 10k search volume otherwise I can't explain how growing so big within 1 year organical with only 1 video a week ?

Hi today !
Back in 2026 Sunny Lenarduzzi (selling high ticket course) published 1 video every week (20 minutes long) on yt and gained over 300.000 subscribers within 1 year , how these people doing this, only good youtube keyword seo search alone ?

Just create a new channel and that's it. This is a common problem on YouTube. Delete the videos from the old channel and re-upload them to the new one.

Sorry for my typo error; Sunny Lenarduzzi startet on youtube back 2016 and gained within 1 year 3mio. subscribers, without ads, only 1 video every week. Learn her method and you kno whow to rank in youtube.
