if you group them all together under the same narrow niche and SEO the page properly I am sure there is a ton of value in that because some of the sites or products mentioned on your page will come with paid subscriptions too, and when people sign up for the free trial they will end up buying premium plans / subscriptions... well, not all of them will buy, but some will. And you will make money.
Besides, traffic is the most important asset of any SEO / online marketer / business, and if you have the traffic you can negotiate whatever you want for yourself and your partners will have to pay up if they want access to your traffic. So, it's worth focusing on getting and stabilizing the traffic first and then you will have real value on your hand.
Just a few hours ago I googled for "free and simple blogging websites" and other related keywords and - while I didn't end up signing up with any of those sites (mostly because I knew them all, so I was looking for unknown platforms) - I did click around and even checked the prices of some of those sites and - were I to found something in my price range ($0 to $10 per year) that I liked I would have definitely paid for that since I am proactively searching for such a free / cheap site builder.
And like I said, I am already familiar with most of the products (site builders in my case) that I found on those sites in google, but many people who are searching for such things are newbies, and they are easier to convert into paid customers as they don't know the ins and outs of these things like experienced people like myself do. So, it's easier to make money off such people than it is to make money off me...
So anyway, I think you should do that as it will pay off if you manage to secure the traffic...
And my site is hosting on GitHub with free domain: mydomain.github.io
it would probably be better to get your own hosting and domain
It's best to have full control over how your site looks, feels and behaves like... and to also have brandability and customizability options, which I don't think that github offers (although I could be wrong). But I would still get my own hosting and domain, just to look more professional...
