Hi everyone,
I just ran into a serious issue and could use some advice. My country recently prohibited the use of cryptocurrencies. Until now, a big part of my online income came through crypto payments, and with this new ban it’s creating problems for me.

I want to keep my work and business running, but I need legal alternatives. The challenge is that many of my clients are used to paying in crypto because it’s fast and convenient. Now I need to find other options that are safe, legal, and not too complicated for clients to switch to.
What I’m asking:

-What legal payment methods are good alternatives to crypto for international transactions?

-Which services (like bank transfers, Wise, Payoneer, PayPal, invoicing platforms, etc.) are reliable for cross-border payments?

-Any advice on how to ask clients to move from crypto to these alternatives without losing them?

I’m not looking for ways to bypass the law, only for legit solutions that will help me keep working without risking problems.

Thanks in advance to anyone who can share their experience or recommendations.

Hmm, what country is this? The solutions available to you depend on the country.

Damn which country is this? Have you tried Ledger or Trust Wallet?

And what services are you into? Depending on this, We can suggest you alternate payment platforms

I dunno if it's okay to mention countries, but it's Algeria
The thing is that even using anything related outside the country will cause troubles and will get to jail because of it
All algerian are prohibited from using cryptocurrencies inside outside Algeria (except those living abroad)

If you be safe then nothing would happen, Have you checked out the Ledger Wallet? Its literally a USB Stick where you can hold and recieve any form of crypto, Best to hide from the goverments. They wont come to your house and check for it lol, Try considering this alternative.

Okay let's say i do so, what about the transfer of the crypto in which name i should make it, or i don't need such things? Like Names, KYC, address?

There is no KYC in Ledger Wallet, But the problem might come when you want to convert it into FIAT, But if you plan to recieve money in crypto and consider it as an Investment then its a good option for you.

As of Fiat, Look for payment gateways which accept this.

Well, the only real problem you have is when it's time to convert crypto to fiat. That's your only real point of vulnerability. Other option you can try is Wise?

I think you will be good if you use big exchangers like Binance or Bybit and use their P2P feature to convert your crypto to your local currency. Just don't use crypto related words in your in your P2P transactions.

Payment being made to your account should not be paid as in reference to crypto or anything related to crypto, you can still use it, and no one would know about it. There are lots of countries that have banned crypto, but people still use crypto as a means of payment

the best thing you can do is paypal from another country with wise for payment withdrawls as they works best .

looks like you are not use it these payment processors mate . these are good ones I am using them
It's very strange to evaluate something based solely on your own experience.

You can study this forum, for example. And you will see a large number of negative reviews about PayPal.

Wise has some accounts that work great but the most wise accounts majority are terrible when it comes to receiving funds.

you should be the first to know that they have no means to know that you are using crypto hadra fargha berk, just use p2p platforms to sell it and you should be good

Can you tell me more please
I don't wanna risk it out of nowhere

Just keep accepting crypto into a centralized wallet such as Trust Wallet and when you want to sell, use a reputable P2P platform.

algeria client post-ban: kept crypto audience, moved payouts to stripe/payoneer invoices + sepa/swift, kept 90% rev. we use all formats. budget in pay after results. no affiliates, no cpa/cpl.
