Trafficjunky campaign status - NOT RUNNING

I am new to running ads on trafficjunky, this is my first campaign going up here and I have literally played around and tweaked every campaign settings, added funds, got the creatives uploaded and approved however when I create the campaign, it just shows "NOT RUNNING" status even when I have the required funds in my account. Does it have something to do with low daily budget? If someone else is facing or have faced a similar issue please let me know as I'm confused and stuck from here on now.

I think I wouldn't know if my campaign is approved, because there is no indication or any error of some sort. I'm new so maybe status - NOT RUNNING means that campaign is still not approved, I have tried contacting their support through their contact form but it just never goes through, the browser freezes and it just shows processing indefinitely. Is there any other way to contact their support since they don't have live chat. Also thanks for taking out your time to reply to my thread.
