How to increase your visitors by 340% ( Simple trick )

I want to share with you a simple trick that can literally double your traffic. You can use it for both new and old articles. It’s well-known, but almost nobody applies it the right way.

The idea is simple: publish your new article with an old date.
For example, instead of publishing today’s article with today’s date, set the publish date to a year ago (or any older date).

Important step: Go to google and request for index now from your Webmaster tools for the article.

After publishing, install this plugin:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-last-modified-info/
(You can use another plugin if you prefer, but I highly recommend this one since it’s fully compatible with Google’s “last updated” feature, as well as Yoast SEO, Rank Math, All in One SEO Pack, SEOPress, Schema, etc.)

Next, update your article using the plugin. What happens is Google will see your article as an old piece that has now been refreshed with new information.

This is a simple hack I’ve tested myself, and the results were surprisingly strong. That’s why I wanted to share it with you. Try it out, and you’ll see the difference!

Publish with an old date, index with google, update with above plugin, wait for google to index the article again. That's what i understood from OP.
