Do you read daily?

I used to read a lot, but lately I find it hard to sit still and stay fully focused while reading. Definitely something I need to work on.

Yeah, definitely. I try to read for at least an hour a day.

Usually, it's something related to business or marketing, plus whatever articles and forum threads I come across. It's a simple habit that really helps keep the mind sharp.

I try to read daily, mostly about marketing case studies, growth hacks, and social media trends. Books are a bit harder though,,,

Do you read daily?
Min 3-4 hours every day. I'm not kidding. News - 1 hour in the morning, articles - 1 hour in the afternoon (after lunch), blogs - 1 hour in the evening, books - 1 hour before bed. It's still a childhood habit; I've always loved reading.

0h. Every time I open a book I start yawning and feeling sleepy. but I watch astronomy videos on youtube is that considered reading lol

I read forums for maybe two–three hours per day. I use forums for releasing my rants and to see others do the same.

Yes, I read daily for 45 to 60 minutes, sometimes more than that. Gradually, it has become my regular habit over the last few months.

I got stuck with a sleeping issue suddenly a few months back due to heavy pressure. So my mentor (my school senior) suggested this, I get out of this stress.

I started and continued for a few days. It was really hard to keep going, but I tried and convinced myself to do it regularly. Now it has become a habit for me over the last few months.

And now I have recovered from the issue and can make better decisions. I’m sharing this because it might be helpful for someone.
