[YouTube Journey] €600+ in 2 Weeks | Faceless Channel | Third-World Niche

Hi, how can you monetize faceless video? I read that youtube deactivate monetization of faceless voiceover video...

Congrats.
How its going?

Website where they sell YT channels.

Europe. I dont remember how I found him. I guess I looked for Youtube related telegram channels.
Saw that there are good guys, helping each other etc and joined.
He has private chat too where niches and other secrets are shared. I also joined it.

Long.
But planning to try shorts. Got few niche ideas for shorts.

My content is "green" in terms of YT rules.
Im not worried at all.

Sometimes YT detects copyrighted content after processing but nicely offers way to remove few seconds it detected without any efffort, automatically.
Happened 2 timees. No issues. Still monetized.

Few videoclips in beginning and some more to keep user watching and then just slides with transitions and effects.
Maximum length yes around 30 min. I dont care about length, just the minimum is 10+ minutes.

So YT will add midroll ads. It wont if video length is less than 8+ min.

Update #11 – Main Channel Stable, Testing New Niches During Vacation

It’s been a while since my last update.

I’m still consistently uploading 1 video per day to my main channel. It’s earning a decent, steady income — nothing crazy, but money keeps coming in, which is the main thing.

My second channel is more passive at the moment. I’ve been uploading about 1 video per week there, but performance has been weak.
I’m considering changing the niche entirely, since the current content just isn’t pulling the views.

Views on the main channel have dropped slightly, but that’s likely seasonal — probably due to nice weather and people spending less time on YouTube. Nothing unusual.

The good news: I’ve recently identified 3 new niche ideas, all targeted toward a US (English-speaking) audience, with:

  • RPMs starting at around $1.50+
  • And better view potential than what I’m seeing right now in my current niches

Since I’m on vacation at the moment, I finally have time to explore these ideas more seriously.
Not sure yet whether I’ll start all 3 channels, or just test one niche with one video on a fresh channel first and see how it performs.

Either way, more experiments ahead.

I’ll post another update soon once I’ve launched the next test.

Thanks for sharing your journey! Super inspiring to see how consistent uploads keep the income steady. Curious - out of those 3 new niche ideas, which one do you feel has the strongest long-term potential?

Update #12 – Still Pushing with 2 Channels, €1.2K This Month

It’s been a while since the last update.
Not much has changed — time is still tight, and after work I’m usually too tired to focus fully on video production. Still, I do what I can and keep uploading when possible.

I’m still running two channels, no new ones for now.
One channel earns more, the other less — but combined they’ve brought in about €1,100 this month, which I’m happy with.

julyy.png

July earnings are a bit lower compared to the previous month, but that’s normal.
There are always ups and downs in this kind of work.

I’m currently waiting for the July payout, which already shows up in AdSense. This is total from 2 channels.

adsense.jpeg

Lifetime earnings around 2300 eur.
I wish it was monthly earnings.

I’d really like to start new channels, but right now I just don’t have the energy to commit.
The motivation is there, but time and energy are limited.

More updates coming when something new happens — thanks for reading.

How do you create the script — do you rewrite it from a competitor's video or use AI to write it entirely from scratch?
Sometimes competitor, sometimes from 0.
Last months im doing my own stuff.

I also wonder how you deal with the voice over. I thought a robotic voice will be a big turn off for many people.
The viewers are whining about this but I dont care, they still watch.
Its not awful voice. Its almost human like.

Are you creating videos like this with text on slides?
Almost, im using videoclips too, not just images.
There must be something good to keep user watching.
Hey Olivier! ;)
Thanks for sharing your journey — really interesting stuff. If you don't mind, I’ve got a few questions:
  1. What’s the RPM of your videos in third-world countries?
  2. Do you research keyword numbers, or how do you figure out whether a niche will get views?
Its low. 2.5 eur on big channel, and something 1.8 or so on small one.
I am also very interested in your journey and I want to congratulate for your efforts and results. Did you thought about creating some pdf course and share it with us for an acceptable price, for the ones from third world countries who want to start their Youtube journeys?
I was thinking about it but no time for this atm.
May i know youtube short is ok or video is ok?
I dont know. With shorts you can earn good money too but you must get millions of views.
Long videos are easier.
But of course it depends on content / niche.
Do you use Elevenlabs for voice?
Not anymore. I use Google.
Hi, how can you monetize faceless video? I read that youtube deactivate monetization of faceless voiceover video...
They dont care about voice, the video must give value for viewer.
And advertiser must see that this video brings views. Otherwise its pointless to pump ads and waste money on such videos.

Politics never dies but easy to get ban, celebrity, sports, kids games, cars and many other are good niches to hop in.

can you share the telegram group? can i be the part of it ? thanks !

How do you find topics for your videos? Do you use VidIQ or some other research tool, or do you look at competitors who give you inspiration and then make videos adapted to your audience? Or do you prefer to create trendy videos based on daily topics?

how many videos upload in a week to monetize in short time
I dont remember, I just uploaded 1-2 videos in the beginning.
Now I dont upload every day. Im trying to create 1 viral video that alone makes 100+€. But its not always the case.
The traffic is not what it was in the beginning.

I look at the competitors but chatgpt finds me info for next videos.
Many competitors are "copying" my channel/niche but they dont have such traffic and subs like I have.
But its normal. I dont mind this.
Because I do the same lol.
Whats the niche and photo source? What AI tools are you use?
ChatGPT finds the info for next video and claude is writing stories.

Thats all I use.

Not asking to be spoon-fed, but I'd really like to pick your brain regarding this point, since this is the step where most people (myself included) have failed in the past. We pour so much effort into an idea, only to find out it was the wrong path from the start.

How do you filter out the noise? Do you just narrow your focus to three or four channels and start repurposing their content? Does your research focus only on your target market, or do you draw inspiration from what's already succeeding in the US, Europe, etc.?

Hey everyone,
I’ve been meaning to start a journey thread for a long time now – just never found the time or felt like I had anything worth showing. But finally, the gears are turning, and it’s time to share a bit of my story.

For years, I wanted to make money with YouTube. But starting was hard. I had no motivation, battled depression, and deep down I didn’t really believe it could work. I kept thinking: “What if I fail? What if it's a waste of time?”

Then everything changed.

I found a mentor – someone who makes serious money with simple content. He showed me his methods, shared his channels, and gave me insights, tips, even his mistakes. He literally guided me step-by-step. We now have a small Telegram community where we help each other grow.

While I was still just dreaming of earning from YouTube, these guys were making anywhere from $2,000 to $6,000 a month with faceless, niche content. Looking back, I feel dumb for not starting earlier… but I also worked through my depression and completely shifted my mindset.

So I started.
My first test channel launched around May 18th. I uploaded a niche video – nothing crazy. A few hours later, I saw 48 views. It wasn’t much, but it felt like magic. I kept going.
On May 20th, I uploaded another video. It hit 1,200 views in one day.
More uploads followed. Views started landing consistently between 1,000 and 2,000.

Then came the big wave.

On May 28th, I got 32,000 views in a single day. After that, traffic fluctuated but kept growing – 60K views on another day, and so on. The momentum was real.

A couple weeks later, I hit monetization. Right now, I’m making around €50/day.
Since I didn’t get monetized for the full month of June, the current earnings sit around €600 – but I expect €700–750 once the full month settles.

To be clear – this is just one channel. I have others too – some didn’t take off, some are just waiting for the right time. But a few are active, and I plan to push them hard. One in particular is also in a “simple” niche, but requires more editing to stand out. It’s actually performing even better in terms of views and revenue potential.

Just to set expectations:
My content isn’t aimed at the US market. I target a third-world country where CPMs are lower, but so is the competition. It’s strategic, and it’s working.

One of my recent uploads was done in a rush, but the moment YouTube starts showing movement on the channel, my motivation shoots up. That feeling of “it’s working” is like fuel.

The channel that’s made around €500+ so far takes me about 1 hour per day to manage. I make and upload one video daily to keep the stats healthy.

I’m still at the beginning of my journey, but if you’re reading this and on the fence – just start. You’ll learn along the way.
Big thanks to my mentor and our small community – I wouldn’t be here without them.
On my first channel, most of the videos are now hitting 80,000+ views, with even the "weaker" ones still pulling in 3,000+.
Funny thing is, I actually started with one niche, and it just felt… off.
I switched gears, uploaded a slightly different style of content – and BOOM, the views exploded. That’s when I realized YouTube had found my audience.

From that point on, I only uploaded the kind of videos my audience actually wanted – and the growth has been non-stop. I’m now gaining around 100 subscribers per day, completely organically.

Meanwhile, I’ve also been developing a second channel. This one is in a more demanding niche – not the typical spammy low-effort stuff – so it takes about 1.5 hours to make a video. The content has to be a little better to stand out… but the demand and monetization potential are great.

View attachment 453600

Mentor, his friend, and multiple students have already made really good money in this niche. One guy made $6,000 in 3 months.
Not bad for 1.5 hours a day work, right?

And no – it’s not rocket science.
It’s very simple content:

  • Stock photos or short video clips
  • AI-written story or repurposed script
  • Text overlay
  • Robot voiceover
  • Minimal editing

The videos are always 8+ minutes long, with most ranging from 15–30 minutes.
Better to make 30+

To increase revenue, I set automatic ad breaks every 20 seconds. Of course, YouTube doesn’t show ads that frequently, but it maximizes monetization opportunities when ads do show.

My current plan:

  • Today I’ll make 1 video for the first channel
  • Then I’ll focus more on the second channel, since it requires more attention

I’ll keep this thread updated whenever I feel there’s something interesting to share.
Naturally, I won’t be revealing everything, but I’m happy to give insight and help when I can.

And yes – the niche I’m working in is also available in the USA market, but for now I’m targeting a “third-world” country where the competition is lower for specific reasons. It works well.

I probably forgot something, but I’ll drop more updates soon.

Thanks for reading!
Let’s keep going.
Massive numbers friend!

Keep grinding.

I'm following your journey.

One advice, keep it so simple, remember that.

Less but better.

Win.

God bless you!

I think the sub-niche research is the biggest think for a youtube journey success but the issue is its a hit and try if it succeed then just rise n repeat or else try a new niche !!!d

do you more of this method, can i discuss with you , am currently in to it.

Start fresh YT channel in some antidetect browser. Even free one will do.
You get fresh channel with no video suggestions.
Think what you want to do, whats your niche.

Put these keywords in search box and search, you can use filters to get only fresh channels etc. There are videos about how to use YT search filters.

Start watching some videos, like them, sub to some. Dont spam.
Act normally.

After some lurking around YT starts recommending you similar channels in your niche.

REMEMBER: 1 niche for 1 channel.
Dont search for "cars" in your channel and then at the same time search for example: most beautiful bikinis or whatever.
NEVER mix the niches. Want another niche? Make new channel.

Look for channels that have low subs but huge amount of views. Then analyze their content. Why people watch him.

Thats the basics. But it works.
From there analyze the competion and videos.
Ask yourself can I make such videos? Can I make better than these videos?

If you say no or have doubts, dont waste time.

ABOUT MY JOURNEY:

The main channel is dying slowly.
Earnings and views are declining.
traf.png
Im not even uploading so frequently atm.
Clearly i see channel going downhill.
Im sure it can be changed to another niche.
But im not sure if there is any point. Have to ask my mentor and other YT guy for an advice.

The reason is competitors who are literally copying me and getting most of the traffic.
More than I had sometimes.
But its YT game and we cant do anything with it.

The second channel that made me 200$ or so, is pretty much same.
If i upload viral topics then i get like 10k-20k views.
But the rpm is around 1.5$ there. so it doesnt earn much.

Im already researching new ideas / niches.
YT studio shows me what channels my viewers watch and what videos they watch on YT.
From there I borrow ideas. I even found 1 easy to make channel.
Basically same niche but in another language.

But in general: im planning to start new channel from scratch and in different niche/area.

Earnings are going downhill.
But I need additional 1000-1500€ each month.
My hobbys are expensive.

reven.png

So far YT paid well. I had thanks to YT like 2300€ free money at my hands each month.

This month YT pays me 900€ at most this month and thats it.
I dont think my channel earn me more than 300€ from now on.

Its sad but also situation that pushes me to start working hard again with new channel. Get it monetized quickly etc..

My mentor has some motivational screenshots again
mentorearn.png

Complete beginner, barely earned 200$ from the channel.
And then the channel blew up. NEVER GIVE UP if it seems pointless to continue. Thats were most fail on YT.

Standard niche, ChatGPT writes script (rewriting others text), usual slideshow (images downloaded from google or whatever), manual AI voiceover (no scripts)

Thats it.
Same third world country I use.
