[YouTube Journey] €600+ in 2 Weeks | Faceless Channel | Third-World Niche

Update #9 – Main Channel Stable, Second Channel Earning, USA Idea Brewing
View attachment 459599

The main channel has made around 1500€ so far.

It’s been a while since the last update — mainly because I’ve been busy.
Overall, everything is fairly stable. My main channel keeps earning steadily, and I should be receiving the next payment into my bank account sometime next week.

The second channel has already made around €140, even though I haven’t uploaded many new videos there.
I’m still trying to figure out exactly what kind of content this audience wants, so I’m testing slowly.

Recently, I also came across an idea for a US-focused channel.
The video format would be similar to what I’m already doing, but with slightly more serious editing and storytelling.
But even audience is same age just english watchers. Funny..

Still analyzing if it’s worth pursuing, but it looks promising.

I recently came across a competitor who’s clearly making solid money.
What stood out is that they’re uploading 2–3 videos every single day, and most of their content is around 30 minutes long.

The channel isn’t even that old, which confirms that this niche still works really well — you just have to do it right.

Also worth noting:
This competitor is running a US-based channel, and their RPM is around $6, which is obviously much better than what I’m seeing on mine.

I’m not trying to chase their income specifically, but if I could eventually make $2,000/month from a US-focused channel, that would be a great result.
With the RPM I’m currently working with, that’s pretty difficult to reach with just one channel.

The editing is a bit harder but content is same stupid slideshows and some stock footage/vids from YT. Thats all.

The more realistic path is to run multiple channels in parallel and let the numbers add up.
Bottom line: the opportunity is real — I just need to improve my execution.

More updates soon.
Wow. I wouldn't have guessed that slideshow style channels can still pull such numbers.

uploading 2–3 videos every single day,
As I understand it, your channel's content consists of simple audio slides, and you share videos that are at least 30 minutes long on average every day. Didn't YouTube's latest update attempt to ban channels like yours completely? What exactly are you doing to avoid these bans?

Your journey inspired me to start on YouTube.
I created the channel and published the first video on June 28, posting one video every two days.
On July 10, I was approved for Super Chat and Super Thanks monetization.

Now, I'm waiting to reach 1,000 subscribers to unlock ads!
Congrats.
How its going?
Damn, looks like he makes 5 figs/month. Is that socialblade, or what do you use to estimate?
Website where they sell YT channels.
Which country are u and how did u locate your mentor
Europe. I dont remember how I found him. I guess I looked for Youtube related telegram channels.
Saw that there are good guys, helping each other etc and joined.
He has private chat too where niches and other secrets are shared. I also joined it.
are you more focus on shorts or long form?
Long.
But planning to try shorts. Got few niche ideas for shorts.

My content is "green" in terms of YT rules.
Im not worried at all.

Sometimes YT detects copyrighted content after processing but nicely offers way to remove few seconds it detected without any efffort, automatically.
Happened 2 timees. No issues. Still monetized.

Few videoclips in beginning and some more to keep user watching and then just slides with transitions and effects.
Maximum length yes around 30 min. I dont care about length, just the minimum is 10+ minutes.

So YT will add midroll ads. It wont if video length is less than 8+ min.

Update #11 – Main Channel Stable, Testing New Niches During Vacation

It’s been a while since my last update.

I’m still consistently uploading 1 video per day to my main channel. It’s earning a decent, steady income — nothing crazy, but money keeps coming in, which is the main thing.

My second channel is more passive at the moment. I’ve been uploading about 1 video per week there, but performance has been weak.
I’m considering changing the niche entirely, since the current content just isn’t pulling the views.

Views on the main channel have dropped slightly, but that’s likely seasonal — probably due to nice weather and people spending less time on YouTube. Nothing unusual.

The good news: I’ve recently identified 3 new niche ideas, all targeted toward a US (English-speaking) audience, with:

  • RPMs starting at around $1.50+
  • And better view potential than what I’m seeing right now in my current niches

Since I’m on vacation at the moment, I finally have time to explore these ideas more seriously.
Not sure yet whether I’ll start all 3 channels, or just test one niche with one video on a fresh channel first and see how it performs.

Either way, more experiments ahead.

I’ll post another update soon once I’ve launched the next test.

Congratulations on your journey, it’s very inspiring to see how within a short span of time you are able to achieve all these .

This has also motivated me to pick up where I left off on my YouTube journey.

You talked about using some prompts to make the scripting easier for you , do you mind sharing ?

Also do you use ChatGPT pro or free ? Or probably other Generative AI for your scripting .

Congratulations on your journey once again

Great to see organic growth working without any ads or shady tricks.

does you channel involve lots of talking? where you also need to generate voice over and those kind of sstuff

How do you create the script — do you rewrite it from a competitor's video or use AI to write it entirely from scratch?

I also wonder how you deal with the voice over. I thought a robotic voice will be a big turn off for many people.

Congrats.

Are you creating videos like this with text on slides?

Hey Olivier! ;)
Thanks for sharing your journey — really interesting stuff. If you don't mind, I’ve got a few questions:
  1. What’s the RPM of your videos in third-world countries?
  2. Do you research keyword numbers, or how do you figure out whether a niche will get views?

I am also very interested in your journey and I want to congratulate for your efforts and results. Did you thought about creating some pdf course and share it with us for an acceptable price, for the ones from third world countries who want to start their Youtube journeys?

choosing political niche was a great idea. loved your idea man thanks for the journey you have shared with uss

I think the sub-niche research is the biggest think for a youtube journey success but the issue is its a hit and try if it succeed then just rise n repeat or else try a new niche !!!
