Hey yall I am pretty new to this cloaker stuff.
I signed up with the white rabbit for tiktok ads and seems ok so far.
But I notice there's a big discrepancy between how many clicks I get on the white rabbit and how many sessions I have on my store.
I am worried white rabbit is taking some of my human customers and bringing them to the safe page instead of the offer page.
On white rabbit it shows today 58 clicks to my offer page.

then on my actual store I see only 30 sessions -

I asked them about this and apparently things are working properly on there side and they suggested I ask shopify.
But shopify also didnt have much to say.
Am suspicious of Thewhiterabbit tbh.

cloakers always shave a % of real traffic by accident. bot filters too strict or ref check misfires, so some humans get dumped safe side. 58 clicks showing means it’s passing, but store sessions lower = shave. test w diff filters, lower aggressiveness, or run a tracker before cloak to compare raw in vs out.

Yeah, that kind of mismatch always raises a red flag. Some cloakers tend to over-filter or misclassify legit visitors — especially from platforms like TikTok where traffic signals are messy. I’ve had similar issues before where real users were getting sent to the safe page without me realizing.

You might want to double-check tracking setup first (UTMs, redirects, pixel fires), but if everything looks fine, it’s probably the cloaker’s filtering logic.

I switched over to TrafficShield a while back after dealing with those inconsistencies — their logs show exactly what’s being filtered and why, which makes troubleshooting way easier. Might be worth testing it side by side just to see if the numbers line up better.

Same happened here. My conversions decreased mere than 50% using white rabbit...so i just canceled my subscription.

Why did you delete? Shouldn't you just use another cloaker?

One of the issues with plug-and-play cloakers is that they usually shave some of your traffic and give you very little control. When you build your own, you keep 100% of the traffic, know exactly how everything works, and can tweak it however you need for your campaigns. It’s more stable and way more reliable.
