Google My Business Issue

So basically, I have a small light-selling business, but I don’t have a shop or office—I operate from my home. When I try to sign up for Google My Business, it asks me to record a video of my shop, show the shop banner, then enter the shop/office and display the products.

I do have a small gallery in my home where I keep the products and boxes. I already recorded a video where I open the gallery door and show the boxes of lights, but the verification keeps failing.

Can someone suggest how I can successfully complete this process and solve the issue?

Can someone tell me how do I contact Google my business support ? Will they solve the problem if I tell them

Google my business support is not useful when you are struggling for verification purpose. If you really need, help shoot me a dm, I can take a look.

I believe you should be verified this way,
If you don't get it after 3 days to 3 weeks
You can have a banner around with your business name and redo it again

Google want to see proof that you have a real business, including recordings of the street and your shop...It might be worth switching accounts... Sometimes Google asks for verification, sometimes it doesn’t.

If postcard verification is available in your region, try it... otherwise, @medialounge made a good point with the banner.

Google video verification agent are not stupid. The banner stuff is unlikely to work.

Have you tried switching the listing to service area only, and does your business category clearly match a non walk in setup?
