Auto Approve Cpa networks.

Hi,
I was wondering If someone could post a list of cpa networks that are auto approved and don't need manual approval.

like cj and linkshare.
any more out there? Really looking for a nice list.

I'm damn sure there are tons of them out there, just need a list.
Also, as I'm more or less starting out on cpa so I need networks that autoapprove first, after I get a little experiance I'll send out the application to the big boys like maxb,nblue and the others.

I would say MgCash is preety easy to join. IT might be not AA but talk with Tatiana or Wiz and they will get you on board.
