I’m not sure, but you can try using a new device. I’m using an iPhone 14 Pro without any issues.

Yes, if your posting your own content, then the content will get good reach. If its reposted content, then you will need to change the hash and meta data so that the post registers as "unique" and not "reposted"; that way you will get good exposure.
