Using only google its really very difficult find competitor, You need to use Semrush, Ahrefs or Ubersuggest to find your competitor.

Sometimes I just browse Amazon or other marketplaces to see what brands pop up. SimilarWeb can also give you a good look at who your real competitors are.

Run a deep research on ChatGPT, it sould cover the basic ones. Then you can probably use any SEO tool (even on trial basis) to find their best performing posts, pages, etc so you can essentially steal their silo structure.
