Hey BHW family
I’m starting this journey to document how I’m automating Amazon Affiliate Marketing using faceless YouTube channels.

The Method (Short Version):
  • Join Amazon Associates.
  • Pick products $100+.
  • Collect product URLs.
  • Use AIMagicStudio to auto-generate videos (script, voiceover, images, SEO).
  • Connect Make.com webhook to upload videos to YouTube automatically.
What Happens Next:
  • Videos are scheduled daily.
  • On each day, a product video is created → rendered → uploaded with affiliate links.
  • 100% autopilot after setup.
My Current Setup:
  • Campaign scheduled: 2 videos/day.
  • Duration: 90 days straight.
  • Total = 180 new videos.
My Goal: Hit $100/day from Amazon affiliate commissions with this setup.

Proof of Concept:

I already got traffic + sales on my new account,

from a few test videos (even ugly ones) like this,

So now I’m scaling it up to achieve my target.

Let me do the monthly updates. It Will Include:
  • Videos uploaded
  • Channel views & watch time
  • Amazon clicks
  • Affiliate sales & commissions
  • Adjustments & lessons learned
Let’s see how far this can go

Let's see if your journey gets past page 2.

How do you handle SEO for hundreds of videos without manual tweaking?

Good luck with your YouTube channel and we look forward to updates

Here's the weekly update
  • Videos uploaded = 30
  • Channel views & watch time = 556 views and 2.7 hours of watch time
  • Amazon clicks = 60
  • Affiliate sales & commissions = 0
  • Adjustments & lessons learned = None

Just keep posting videos

Keep doing it. Try to optimize your videos and incentive your viewers to click on your links

Nice idea. But providing incentive is not against Amazon terms?

Are you posting short form or long form content? The video to views ratio isn't great to be honest and I think this is where you can improve the most because you should be able to get that amount of views with 1-2 videos at max, and not 30.
