Please don't buy accounts from him. He is a scammer and a liar. I made the payment for an azure account today and he simply disappeared. Unfortantely, I cannot open a dispute because he deleted telegram chat history for both parties. I should have taken a screenshot beforehand.

Thankfully, I just lost $11 (he said he was giving me a disount lol).

That’s pathetic. Scammers like him ruin everything. $11 isn’t much, but stealing like that shows what kind of trash he is. Hope he suffers badly and doesn’t get away with it.
