I just bought an aged Gmail account, set it up with a mobile proxy, and kept everything clean. Gmail even gave me 3 options (code, phone call, or video). I chose code, it said verification would take 5 days, but then just 5 minutes later they hit me with a suspension

Someone that know how to verify listing will never tell it for free. It's a method that worth alone 20K$. One day I may sell mine.
Right now video verification is baked into the process and there is no real bypass if the setup itself looks weak. Google connects the dots fast between reused addresses, phone numbers, and proxies, so even aged accounts get flagged. The only setups I’ve seen stick long term are with real supporting docs, utility bills or signage, and NAP details that actually match somewhere outside of GBP.
If you are trying to scale in multiple cities without a physical presence then treat it as a service area play, pace out the verifications one at a time, and don’t recycle the same footprint across accounts. Anything else might work short term but eventually you end up with chain suspensions.

That suspension didn't have anything to do with something you did. Many categories suspend automatically after verification. Did you attempt to reinstate it? I can help you with that if you are interested.

Focus on making each listing unique and legitimate. Real, unique phone numbers are critical. Avoid using the same IP or account for too many quickly – that's a red flag. Sometimes, an older account with a good history helps. Slow down, make each one look solid, and ensure all details are consistent.
