You can try to pay with CC using liqpay.com if you have a phone number from the same country as your CC

Honestly, this is the guy you need for all of your email accounts provider. I bought from him twice this past month and I can just tell you that it took just 1 or 2 pms to close the deal , i payed with plimus and i got my accounts within 5 minutes.

What do you mean by verified? PVA?

Gmail accounts can be used for anything except sending emails. We don't replace gmails if you sent emails from them

maybe becaues the YT accounts are not PVA, is there any way you can try to make them PVA?

Of course they ask for verification because they are not PVA. But also we provide lots of gmails which are not PVA and not going to ask you to verify them if you not send emails from them and use them carefully
No, we don't provide any PVA services. Such verification costs very much. You can expect to see price about $2 per 1 account. I don't know people who are ready to pay $2k for 1k accounts
