I'm trying to withdraw to someone elses wallet (person only accepts crypto for services).

In the 'how to' he lists a 'payment ID'.... how do I include the payment ID on binance? I don't see a field for it

If it’s XRP/XLM/EOS use the Tag/Memo field.
If it’s Monero, ask for an integrated address, Binance doesn’t support separate payment IDs anymore.

No, you don’t need a payment ID to send ETH from Binance. What does his payment ID look like?

Yeah, and sometimes for TON as well.

Binance doesn’t support sending ETH with a Payment ID. Ethereum’s network natively doesn’t use Payment IDs—this feature is common in other blockchains (e.g., XMR), not ETH. When sending ETH via Binance, just enter the recipient’s correct ETH address. Double-check the address to avoid fund loss, as no Payment ID is required or accepted for ETH transfers.

Payment ID is platform specific, so it only works from one specific CEX to same same user within that CEX. Try asking him for his wallet instead.

ETH doesn’t need a payment ID, only the wallet address. Just choose the right network (ERC20/BEP20) when sending.

You could use a different wallet that allows adding a payment ID, but Binance ETH won’t support it.

Never pay straight from your exchange account

Withdraw to your own wallet, then send payment from there

Or you will regret it

Binance dont support sending ETH with a Payment ID in binace , so Withdraw to your own web3 wallet and then send payment from the wallet. This is safe

Because the wallet where the funds come out of on the exchange is not an actual regular wallet. If the store refunds your payment, your funds are lost forever

Also since exchange wallets are used by everyone, if whoever you're paying is running anti fraud, they will reject your payment coming from an address with suspicious transactions

true and sometimes some exchanges keep checking the withdrawal addresses to see if they interacted with suspicious wallets and if you do you can get banned. coinbase, for example when you withdraw to a non-exchange wallet and you then deposit to a gambling site
