Ideally you get high quality residential IPs (residential proxy or mobile proxy, it depends on what strain you put on them) and either get decent automation tools available here or, and personally, go for proprietary software over commercially available ones. Gives you much more control overall but it's far more expensive than just buying commercial tools.
