Some say posting daily brings better results, while others believe a few strong, well-optimized articles each month are enough. What’s been your experience with content volume vs. quality?

2. Technical SEO

From what I have seen in 2025, publishing frequency alone will not get you far in white hat SEO. Posting every day without value will not move the needle. What really matters is publishing content that solves a problem, answers a real question, or offers something useful. Even if you publish less often, as long as each piece is helpful and high quality, you will see better long term results. Frequency only helps if you can keep the quality high and consistent.

Focusing on a few high quality, well optimized posts usually brings better results than posting daily low value content. Technical SEO makes sure your site loads fast, is mobile-friendly, and easy for search engines to crawl and index.

Since you're not giving in to poor quality for the sake of daily posting, then posting quality article daily, and promoting it hard is a way to go.

Both approaches have their merits, but it really depends on your niche and audience. Posting daily can boost visibility and keep you relevant, but well-optimized, high-quality articles tend to perform better long-term in terms of SEO and engagement.

From experience, quality beats volume almost every time. A few strong, well-optimized, evergreen articles can outrank dozens of thin daily posts—especially after Google’s recent updates that prioritize depth and authority.
That said, consistency matters. Posting regularly (even weekly) helps Google see your site as active, but flooding it with low-value content usually hurts more than helps.

It depends on how much is to be said about your niche.
A microniche site will require a small amount of content and remain as is, while a larger niche will demand more. How much? As much as there is to be said.
Do it naturally, at the pace content demands to be published..

How often you publish does play a role, but it’s nowhere near as important as quality. Google won’t boost you just because you post every day, it cares more about content that’s useful and relevant. Still, having a regular schedule helps. It shows consistency, keeps your site active, and gives you more opportunities to build authority around your topics. Focus on quality, stay consistent, and only increase volume if you can keep both intact.

Publishing frequency helps send a good signal to Google’s bot.

But in white hat SEO the real driver is high quality content combined with solid technical SEO.

For me, quality beats volume. A few well-optimized articles brought way more traffic than posting daily.
