Right from the get go, I was pleasantly surprised by how user-friendly the website is and how smooth the onboarding / setup flow went.

CrowdReply comes with a Reddit thread finder which is super useful when you're researching comment opportunities, but it seems to only understand English. Even when I entered German keywords most of the results it gave me were still in English.

Support was quick and responsive. I placed an order for an (almost) empty comment by accident and I got a reply in less than 10 minutes, had the order canceled and my balance refunded.

Ordering was straightforward. I had great success placing a comment on a fresh thread through CrowdReply, which netted around 100 upvotes and was able to stick to the top for most of the day and drove really good traffic to my site. My orders were completed within minutes, however they seem to only guarantee a TAT of 6 hours, so you may not always be able to snipe fresh threads. I would like to see them work on guaranteeing an even quicker turnaround as well as offering immediate upvotes to boost your comment. Currently you can only dripfeed comment upvotes over multiple days.

The accounts used are aged and look very believable, with a custom profile pic, legit name and a solid amount of karma, achievements & trophies under their belt.

Regarding pricing: In the end this comes down to what you're promoting and your skill to write good posts/comments and convert the traffic. This isn't a service for mass-spamming subreddits, but if you're going for quality over quantity and looking to strategically place a few links, this service is a really good place to start without having to spend hours and hours on buying aged accounts, setting up proxies and padding them with plausible content yourself.

- everything worked well. Still it was a new tool to me and I had to take 5 minutes to see exactly what it can do and how can I make the most out of it
- to be honest that 5 minutes of learning what tool can do was not bad. I am not sure I understood everything because I also knew your BHW threads with reddit marketing. I think there are some demos on the website (didn't watch them but the idea of a demo is good)
- so far I created 2 posts with some comments where i added some upvotes on the comments ( i love this feature "comment upvotes")
- I have a SMM panel but my provider does not have comments upvotes (only post upvotes). So I know the upvotes price (1 per 0.10$) is way higher that what my provider offers, however I find it a really reasonable price, so I wouldn't change this.
- in terms of prices, in my opinion 25$ for posting a thread, and 10$ for reply on the thread, 10$ for comment reply prices are too high for me. I would love 5$ per reply on thread / comment reply and maybe 8$ for comment posting. But if people are buying with these prices, I wouldn't change the prices. Otherwise, I would considering lower these prices a bit.
- also I remember the website has a threshold of investing 200$ in credits. I find this threshold a bit high, maybe let users try your services with 50$ credit (just my opinion)
- didn't use the find a thread functionality since I already have a sub-reddit with no moderators and thought I can create my own post which would go viral
