CPA Scammer Busted on Tape

Its true both applicants said a bunch of bullshit but atleast the 'interviwers" could've been nicer and just rejected their applications instead of acting like some fucking douches and recording and posting on youtube.
How do they expect people to take their company seriosly when affliates like me and you say that the workers workign for this CPAcompany are just some douchebags or rednecks or whatever. They have no proffesionalism AT ALL.
These guys don't even know how to do business(the ones in the video that are interviewing the "scammers)... They act like some teenagers or something...
Okay have a laugh at the applicants, OKAY record it on tape so you have something to laugh at when you are high but HOW FKN retarded is it to UPLOAD IT TO YOUTUBE Where THOUSANDS of POTENTIAL AFFLIATES can see it and RUIN your company's REPUTATION.
Imagine you are some honest guy from lets say Germany. You havent done anything bh your SPOKEN English isnt that good and you have some problem with withdrawing your cash I guess they will do that
1.Pick up the phone and see that you dont speak very good English.
2.Turn on the tape recorder.
3.Make fun of you and make you look like a retard
4.Tell you to go to a gay porn website(They did in the first video hey serious company ftw I want to be a client of a company that makes me go to gay porn videos)
5.Make another fucktard joke - Approved for Denial
6.Upload to youtube and ruin any kind of respect someone may have had for the company you are working for.

I don't know what companies are like in America but if most companies are going like that no wonder America is in such a huge crysis.

Give me all the negative rep you want I dont care thats my opinion.

yes america's in a crisis because on unprofessional cpa companies, and rest of the world isn't in a crisis.

Pathetic business attitude. And they make it public? :D

How silly.

I still wonder about the legal ramifications of recording someone without their permission.......I live in Florida, so I will have to check further on it.

Why would any professional company want to work with them?

I looked on their blog and "ruck" comes across a little unpolished.....not sure if the use of "shitty" in a post that is supposed to be corporate in nature, "really seals the deal" with potential clients.

Do you really think that a big corporation that is insurance related, for example, would find their videos and blog posts professional?

If they think so.......they need to think again.

Honestly, I am not sure what they are trying to do with their videos....get some interest and drive some traffic to their videos, I guess.

But really, who would want to work with them or even care to be interviewed by them?

Unprofessional douche bags.

They are providing great lessons on how NOT to do business, IMHO.

Well, well, well.......here is what I turned up in a quick search on the subject (which is the way that I thought it was).....

"Florida Recording Law

Note: This page covers information specific to Florida. For general information concerning the use of recording devices see the Recording Phone Calls, Conversations, Meetings and Hearings section of this guide.

Florida Wiretapping Law

Florida's wiretapping law is a "two-party consent" law. Florida makes it a crime to intercept or record a "wire, oral, or electronic communication" in Florida, unless all parties to the communication consent. See Fla. Stat. ch. 934.03. Florida law makes an exception for in-person communications when the parties do not have a reasonable expectation of privacy in the conversation, such as when they are engaged in conversation in a public place where they might reasonably be overheard. If you are operating in Florida, you may record these kinds of in-person conversations without breaking the law. However, you should always get the consent of all parties before recording any telephone conversation and any in-person that common sense tells you is private.

In addition to subjecting you to criminal prosecution, violating the Florida wiretapping law can expose you to a civil lawsuit for damages by an injured party.

Consult The Reporters Committee for Freedom of the Press's Can We Tape?: Florida for more information on Florida wiretapping law."

Perhaps they should have consulted with an attorney BEFORE they pulled these stunts.............

On the surface, it appears that they may have broken the Florida Wiretapping Laws......

1. The people on the phone calls are NOT warned that they are being recorded (as far as we can tell).
2. It is NOT a public place, in the least.
3. They did NOT receive nor ask for the applicants permission to record them, either in audio or video form.

Looks like a huge Legal problem for them.

I don't see anyway that they are NOT breaking the Florida Wiretapping Laws......

They better hope that they don't get reported to the Florida States Attorney General..........

Stupid, I say.

Stfu thats not what I meant.
Its becouse of retards like this the world is going downhill.

IZM, you could ask Niche1 about that remote villages in Florida thing. But I can promise you there are some remote villages here in Mississippi.

Those guys are a##holes, and pay on time or not I'll never work with them.

I agree with that..

After watching that video I can't help wondering...

If *I* signed up with them, would they do the same thing to me???

That's a reason right there NOT to join them!

"(4)(a) Except as provided in paragraph (b), whoever violates subsection (1) is guilty of a felony of the third degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082, s. 775.083, s. 775.084, or s. 934.41.

(b) If the offense is a first offense under paragraph (a) and is not for any tortious or illegal purpose or for purposes of direct or indirect commercial advantage or private commercial gain, and the wire or electronic communication with respect to which the offense under paragraph (a) was committed is a radio communication that is not scrambled, encrypted, or transmitted using modulation techniques the essential parameters of which have been withheld from the public with the intention of preserving the privacy of such communication, then:

1. If the communication is not the radio portion of a cellular telephone communication, a cordless telephone communication that is transmitted between the cordless telephone handset and the base unit, a public land mobile radio service communication, or a paging service communication, and the conduct is not that described in subparagraph (2)(h)7., the person committing the offense is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083.

2. If the communication is the radio portion of a cellular telephone communication, a cordless telephone communication that is transmitted between the cordless telephone handset and the base unit, a public land mobile radio service communication, or a paging service communication, the person committing the offense is guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083.

1Note.--Repealed by s. 1, ch. 89-86."

That does not look good for them, does it?

They had better take down all of those videos and posts........or better yet, just leave it all up, until some pissed off "denied for approval" person calls the Florida States Attorneys Office and complains...

You know, arrogance can really get you into trouble. It appears that is where these guys are going......I mean think about it.....how many people did they record, how many videos were posted, and so on.......each COULD be a separate count of wiretapping under the Florida statutes.......

And in some cases, it appears that each count could be a felony.

Again, I am not an attorney, but it sure looks like trouble on the surface. It appears that in Florida, you don't have to prove damages for the criminal aspect of the statute to hold true.....i.e., it doesn't matter if you hurt someone or not by your actions, it is a crime in and of itself to do what they have done. You simply can NOT record someone's conversation without permission. Of course they even took it one step further, they VIDEOED themselves (with full face profile and voices) committing what appears to be either felony or misdemeanors.........talk about making it easy for the prosecutor. How much easier does it get..........person records their act and then distributes it all over the internet.......man.....

The civil lawsuits could happen if those people could prove that they were somehow damaged by the actions of these ass-clowns.

Wow!

Looks like they have been "approved for felony", yeah I know it is lame, but I had to......Karma is a bitch.

Really who hasn't lied about their experience to get a job? Sure, the first guy had no idea what he was talking about but they should have just denied him on the spot.

Imagine going in for a go to McDonalds for an interview and the manager asks you a series of questions and then after realizing that you aren't qualified dunks your head in the toilet and slaps a "kick me" sign on your back. Then as you walk out to the dining area yells, "Hey everybody looks at this idiot!"

A little over dramatic I know but that's me.

It was funny though.

I signed up months ago and was not treated this way however what i will tell you is that after seeing these videos they can kiss my business goodbye. Lets have a bit of class here people. Because what i just witnessed are a bunch of losers with absolutely no class to speak off.

sorry cpa companies aren't in a business to train you how to make money online, if you signing up to cpa company, you should already have a clue or 2 about the internet itself. And the truth is, this wasn't even someone who's just clueless, this is also someone who was a scammer, and would of cost the company money either way, oh and, I doubt she ever would of taken the time to actually learn something about the business, else she wouldn't be clueless as she is, we're on the internet itself, fuck outta here.

They also aren't in business to make fun of noobs, record that and put on youtube, it just shows how immature they are.

Agreed.....not to mention the legal ramifications of doing something that stupid!

Did anyone try to type what they asked that applicant to type - makemoniesonline(dot)com ?

As a woman, I gotta say that was the most disgusting part of the whole interview rofl
