I paid $212 to rent a Quad Core server for xrumer from this scammer:

His crappy server crashed after one day of using it and lost all my data. He was using a pirated copy of Windows Server 2003. Three days later I get access to my server again, but to my surprise, I was given an Athlon 64 instead of what I had initially ordered. I talked to Rover who stated that this was the server I "deserved" since I paid such a low price. Pissed off I asked for my money back and was promised a refund within 24 hours. Three days go by and no response from him or a refund. I opened up a PayPal dispute where he accuses me of "breaking" his term of service for running a "spam" software. There were no terms of service stated anywhere, and he was told beforehand I'd be running Xrumer.
In fact his ad specifically allows spam, viruses, and illegal activities, as it says so here:
