Spam filters probably.

You either doing it from too weak accounts or youre doint it wrong.

think which one of these options it might be and adjust.

share it in the dev community, along side the other people that are sharing their software, or ui dev, people there are always showing off their own creations, no problem. Don't try and share in places, that your software sells. You have to be much more careful with what you're doing, and have a better strategy than just posting a link.

I've been back home in Canada for 2 weeks & all my comments on reddit now stick and posts are doing well again.
reddit auto block 3rd world countries no matter type/ age of account lol

Reddit is strict about self-promotion, especially in communities with specific rules. If your post or comment seemed like advertising, it likely got flagged by mods or auto-removed by filters. Try adding value first
participate genuinely, then share your tool in a helpful, non-spammy way where it fits naturally

You have to use very high quality and non spammy profiles
