Free AI Text to 2D Animation Generator

What's a good AI tool for a text-to-2D animation story generator?
I dont mean talking avatars; I mean story generators. If it's not free, I would like to try before paying.

I am not sure what your purpose is exactly so it is hard to say. There may be simple tools that fit your requirements, but what I typically do for what I need is use Ideogram for text since it is great for high quality images with proper text and then I animate using Kling or Midjourney, but I don’t know if this is exactly what you are thinking of.

I want to make 2d animation videos for explainers. For example, if the title is, "Where is Europe", then with my script that explains where Europe is, the AI will generate 2D animated videos that explains it using the script

Not familiar a service that does this properly for 2d, but maybe there is. Invideo does it for normal content.

My best guess would be to combine a few tools if you want it to be good quality.
