Haven’t built one myself, but from what I know a debrid site basically works as a middleman between users and different file hosts. You’d need accounts with multiple hosts, then set up a system that grabs those premium links and serves them back to your users in one place. The tricky part is handling the backend and keeping it stable, plus the legal side since it’s a pretty gray area.

intellectual properly is one critical legal you have to smartly work around before you can start this project.

Secondly, data privacy.

For the first one- IP , you must be assigned a defined right by the owners of the patents of those products users download from the site, otherwise you can get sued for stealing their patent rights.

I know there are government agencies that do global management of royalties which offer license to third parties on behalf of creative owners.

You can research this or find a lawyer for help. .

In addition , privacy protection part must be tightened so you don’t get sued by Max Schrems for breaching any of the GDPR regulations. These days privacy breach attracts a heavy fine. So be careful.
