I’ve been running 100% clean traffic from Facebook for CC Submit campaigns, but honestly, the profit has been close to zero.

It’s not only about “clean” traffic, bro. With CC submits, most of the game is about testing GEOs and finding the ones with higher approval/confirm rates. US/UK is super competitive and expensive, try Tier-2 or Tier-3 if your budget is tight )

Finding the right advertiser for this type of campaign is crucial. These days there aren't many good ones. If your traffic is consistent and clean, you are probably better off running your own offer.
